Our workshop allows us to offer but is not limited to the
Modification and overhaul of Valves and pumps, inc. Trim materials and configuration cyrongenic conversion, soft seal conversion, jacketing, flow chart characteristics and limited CV trims. Position Indicators, fitting of gear box, actuators and remote operations. Conversion of valve ends and flanges, fitting of locking and safety devices.

Testing - Hysdrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing of valves to BS6766 Part 1 to pressures of 25,000psi hydraulic and 25,000 pneumatic using gas boosters. Issue certification in compliance with our ISO9002 Vacuum test and low pressure leakage, both in shop and on site applications.
Welding, Using AMSE IX qualified welders and procedure qualifications for trim, overlay, stelliting and pressure retaining welds in a wide range of materials.

NDT, Ultra Sonic test, radiography, positive material identifications are undertaken through recognised and suitably qualified contractors. Witness Testing, Controlled in house and on-site, witness test carried out implementing the clients or the appointed representatives and classification authorities test procedures to API598, API6A PSL Levels.
The facility also provides essential back up and support for our on-site operations.
